Part of the project entails a competence preview on the subject of digital business processes (e.g. production, sales, marketing, organisation, etc.), for the creation of which companies, labour market policy makers and Upper Austrian educational institutions will work closely together. The question here is which competence requirements digital change will continue to place on the workforce in the future and how future-oriented learning opportunities can be developed at an early stage.
